The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs and expectations.

For the safety and privacy of our clients we do not accept walk-in clients for massage or gift certificate purchases. Same day appointments are often available and can be found by clicking the "Book Now" button at the bottom of this page! Gift certificates can be purchased online as well, for in person purchases please call ahead to schedule a time!

I primarily use coconut oil. If you are allergic to this type of oil please make sure to notify me in person and on your intake form if your allergy is severe. I will take extra precaution to avoid cross contamination and offer alternative options at no extra cost.

Yes, we offer prenatal massage for expecting mothers to help relieve stress and discomfort during pregnancy. For your safety you must be beyond 13 weeks of your pregnancy to receive treatment unless cleared by a licensed OBGYN.

It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. Reiki is not a massage it does not use the same pressure as a deep tissue or a relaxation massage.

In the event that you can't get in on the specific date that you are trying to book we have a waiting list that you can be added to in the event there is a cancellation. If you would like to be added to the list please email or call me and I will add you. We can set you up to receive a call or text message in the event the the time period you request becomes available.

I became a licensed Massage Therapist in 2018 and earned my Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage the same year. I have had the pleasure of working for two highly praised Massage Therapy businesses: Kneaded Movement Massage and Yoga, and Moonstone Massage Therapy where over the years I have honed my ability to relieve pain and provide my clients an exceptional experience and customer service. While earning my Associate Degree in Therapeutic Massage I was trained deep-tissue massage, relaxation massage, medical massage, chair massage, Myofascial release, Lymphatic Drainage, and the use of hot stones. I have certifications in pre-natal, cupping, menopause, para-nasal sinus drainage, Reiki II, and I am currently looking to add more modalities in the near future. Unfortunately at the moment I do not offer couples massage being the only therapist on site but I may in the future!
